Job Description
Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Manager-Demand Generation to collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation and marketing leadership. This role focuses on driving lead generation programs, processes, and systems. The Manager will execute the enterprise demand generation strategy, build and implement new systems, processes, and campaigns.

The role involves:
  • Generating sales opportunities in the healthcare technology space (population health management, CRM, AI, cloud technologies) within the US market.
  • Utilizing cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to prospect for new enterprise customers.
  • Developing and executing account mapping plans to grow the sales funnel and qualify potential sales.
  • Researching accounts and identifying key personas to target.
  • Generating interest, qualifying leads, and building pipeline growth via phone, email, and social media.
  • Proactively making cold calls, prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the customer base across the US market.
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and budget reports with realistic forecasts to management.
  • Monitoring and achieving KPIs, including qualified leads, meeting conversions, sales pipeline, deal stage/opportunities, and lead conversion time.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in generating leads through cold calling and emailing in the US market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
