Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking an experienced Associate Director-Partnerships & Alliance. This role is crucial for driving strategic alliances, building and scaling the Partnerships program, and overseeing relationships with Consulting and System Integrator (SI) partners. The Associate Director will play a key role in expanding Innovaccer’s partner ecosystem and revenue streams through high-value collaborations.

Role involves:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with leading consulting firms and GSIs.
  • Scaling up the SI Partnerships program.
  • Expanding Innovaccer’s footprint in State Medicaid, Federal, and International Public Sector markets.
  • Driving revenue for partners and from partnerships.
  • Scaling a formal referral program.
  • Developing and executing enablement programs for partners.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Leading discussions on partnership agreements and pricing models.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with top-tier management consulting firms.
  • Strong educational background from a top-tier institution.
  • Program and project management skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare technology and the US payer-provider ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a data-driven approach.
