Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in France. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's strategic customer base within the French market and emerging markets.This role involves defining and iterating on sales motions, providing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap, and generating revenue to grow the sales business. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a builder mentality.Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements:
8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales within France.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling solutions into large enterprise accounts.
Proven ability to sell into C-Level executives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
