Job Description
Amplemarket is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Team. Amplemarket is an AI-powered sales platform helping B2B companies generate more opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and success. They will act as the trusted advisor, guiding customers through their entire journey with Amplemarket, from onboarding to renewal, helping them achieve their business goals.
Role Involves:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and fostering strong business relationships.
- Leading the onboarding process for new customers, including live product training sessions.
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and growth.
- Identifying expansion opportunities and managing upsell initiatives.
- Serving as the voice of the customer within Amplemarket.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record in managing complex customer relationships and achieving renewals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to forecast potential ARR changes.
- Solid project management experience.
- Commercial acumen for identifying and closing growth opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
