Amplemarket is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor its engineering team. Amplemarket's AI-powered sales platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities thanks to our advanced lead generation engine, hyper-personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions.

This role involves working directly with the co-founders and requires a significant technical understanding to provide guidance and troubleshoot complex issues. The Engineering Manager will empower the engineering team, contribute to engineering-wide initiatives, and manage career development.
