The Data Engineer QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data pipelines and implementing processes for remediation. This role involves working with Python, PySpark, and SQL to develop and maintain data quality validation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Developing data pipelines, including tasks for data quality validation and error reporting.
• Creating quality rules, tables, and graphs to understand data quality status.
• Performing data cleaning and automated performance testing.
• Understanding the business context and applying agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL cloud or on-premise solutions.
• Experience in developing pipelines.
• Knowledge of data cleaning techniques.
• Experience with automated performance testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and testing principles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Data Fabric is a plus.
