Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team. The Specialist will work closely with business and technology teams, reporting financial results and driving outcomes through financial analysis and data insights.

Role Involves:

• Reporting financial results for business areas.
• Modeling short, medium, and long-term financial projections.
• Partnering with business areas for decision-making based on financial analyses.
• Conducting analyses on the performance of different XP Inc. businesses.
• Influencing decision-making and leading initiatives.
• Defining key indicators for monitoring results across various areas.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of finance, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
• Decision-making ability and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead initiatives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and hands-on profile.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with Brazilian financial market products (desirable).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (desirable).
• Experience with Databricks (desirable).
• English reading and listening skills (desirable).
