Nexxen is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in New York. Nexxen empowers advertisers, agencies, publishers and broadcasters around the world to utilize data and advanced TV. The Account Manager will own the client-facing relationship post-sale, delivering superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention, and upsell activities. They will interact across Nexxen's internal departments and the partner landscape on behalf of their clients, maximizing client retention, consulting on new offerings, and generating upsell revenue.Role involves:
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients.
- Diagnosing client needs and implementing strategies.
- Liaising between clients and internal departments.
- Managing the campaign launch process.
- Utilizing Salesforce and updating internal systems.
- Understanding Nexxen's product offering.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Developing tailored campaign recommendations.
- Supporting regional growth goals.
- Collaborating with other Account Managers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in digital media or account management.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
- Process-oriented with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of brand verification partners, Salesforce, brand safety partners, and ad servers.
- Proven communication skills.
- PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- BA/BS or graduate degree preferred.
