E2open is seeking a part-time Social Worker to manage social welfare programs and support employee well-being. This role involves administrative responsibilities, direct social support, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Social Worker will report to the Director, HR in the US, and support organizational employee well-being initiatives.Responsibilities include:
- Administering social welfare programs.
- Providing education on social programs.
- Managing personnel procedures with ESSALUD.
- Monitoring medical leaves and health subsidies.
- Providing reports for payroll processing.
- Administering SCTR and life insurance policies.
- Providing social support to employees.
- Conducting home visits.
- Supporting employee transportation to healthcare facilities.
- Maintaining internal communication channels.
- Performing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with active licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in companies with 300–400 employees.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and ESSALUD procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability for a part-time role.
