Precision AQ is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to join their IREC group. The Director will play a crucial role in providing investor relations services to biotechnology and healthcare companies. This involves collaborating with clients on their corporate strategy, messaging, and positioning to enhance visibility and improve institutional ownership. The Director will also manage client accounts, oversee program execution, and mentor junior staff.Role involves:
- Developing and implementing customized IR strategies.
- Drafting and reviewing corporate communications materials.
- Overseeing project management for multiple accounts.
- Conducting research and targeting analyses.
- Planning and executing roadshows and investor events.
- Managing and training junior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience in finance, healthcare, communications, or consulting.
- Familiarity with the financial and biotech industries.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
