Managing Director Investor Relations

Job Description

Precision AQ is seeking a Managing Director of Investor Relations to lead client accounts and manage account teams. The Managing Director will develop IR strategies, counsel senior executives, draft corporate communications materials, and oversee investor events. The role involves contributing to internal initiatives and mentoring employees.

• Developing customized IR strategies and programs
• Counseling senior executives and corporate communications teams
• Drafting and reviewing technical corporate communications materials
• Directing and overseeing technical, data-driven research and analysis
• Overseeing the planning and execution of roadshows, meetings and other investor-oriented events
• Contributing to various internal initiatives
• Leading client and internal meetings
• Managing employees on client accounts and mentoring employees

Requirements:

• 10 years of healthcare IR experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Effective communicator and strategic thinker
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to provide counsel on industry dynamics and financing preparation
• Proven ability to deliver clear messaging and content
• Ability to manage priorities, budgets, and timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data platforms
• Bachelor's degree
