Job Description
Amplemarket is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead to drive its growth engine. The Growth & Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and scaling marketing programs that directly impact revenue. This role involves hands-on execution and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership to achieve measurable results.Responsibilities:
  • Implement, test, and scale marketing initiatives.
  • Drive digital marketing strategy and manage multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion funnels.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies.
  • Plan and execute online and offline events.
  • Build and manage a strong community strategy.
  • Develop marketing collaterals to support Sales.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and refine product messaging.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to launch and manage performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required.
