Amplemarket is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead to drive its growth engine. The Growth & Marketing Lead will be responsible for building and scaling marketing programs that directly impact revenue. This role involves hands-on execution and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities: - Implement, test, and scale marketing initiatives.
- Drive digital marketing strategy and manage multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies.
- Plan and execute online and offline events.
- Build and manage a strong community strategy.
- Develop marketing collaterals to support Sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis and refine product messaging.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to launch and manage performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English is required.
