Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Director of Organizational & Talent Development. The Director will lead efforts in building strategic capabilities that align with evolving business goals. This role builds on a strong foundation in Learning and Development (L&D) and integrates organizational assessment and design perspective to drive holistic, enterprise-wide growth and effectiveness.Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields
  • Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or large-scale capability-building programs
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in global or regional roles in matrix organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in OD, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
