impact.com is seeking a Manager of Strategic Planning & Operations for the APJ region. This role is pivotal in translating strategy into actionable plans within a rapidly growing region. The Manager will serve as a crucial link between leadership, sales, and operations, enhancing scalability and efficiency through optimized systems, insightful data analysis, and cohesive execution. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to support revenue and customer success teams.
Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of strategic initiatives in APJ.
- Own and optimize the Salesforce Sales Cloud instance.
- Identify and drive process improvements across Revenue Operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Sales, Finance, and HR.
- Develop TAM analysis and present financial and strategic insights.
- Monitor lead flow, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, revenue operations, or sales operations.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Data Science skills desired.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
