Notion is seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join its founding sales team in Tokyo, Japan. This role is crucial in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, develop strategic account plans, and conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs. They will also prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What This Role Involves:
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to renewal.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Conducting comprehensive discovery sessions.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing IT company.
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales in the Japan region.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive field-based enterprise software sales experience.
- Proven ability to sell into C-Level and work with stakeholders.
- Experience in complex solution sales and closing large deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
