Amplemarket is in search of an experienced SDR Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives. The SDR Manager will oversee a team and help generate qualified meetings for Amplemarket's Account Executives. This role involves setting up and scaling the team, collaborating with founders to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities involve:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to SDRs
  • Collaborate on outbound strategies
  • Improve lead generation processes

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
