Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Johnson County, Texas. The agent will be responsible for growing their business with the support of Orchard's resources and team. Orchard provides high-quality seller appointments, unique client products, and the support needed for both the agent and their clients to succeed.Role involves:

• Handling appointments with motivated home-selling customers
• Utilizing Orchard's unique products to win business
• Coordinating transactions
• Utilizing sales materials and training
• Participating in mentorship and community culture

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Texas real estate license
• Located in Johnson County, TX
• Residential real estate transaction experience or strong sales background
• Passion for customer experience
• Strong communication skills
• Drive for results and collaboration skills
