Job Description
Zepz Group, which powers WorldRemit and Sendwave, is seeking a Director of Anglophone Business Development & FX. This role reports to the Global Head of Business Development & FX and focuses on the Anglophone Africa region. The Director will be responsible for business development and FX activities, driving network expansion, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Leading business development & FX activities for Anglophone Africa.
- Identifying and executing network, FX, and banking partner expansion.
- Developing and owning business plans for new initiatives.
- Negotiating standard and complex deals.
- Managing partners and ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Reporting to ExCo and senior management.
- Overseeing regulatory compliance.
- Managing a team.
Requirements:
- +7 years of experience in strategic partnerships and/or FX.
- Strong business development & negotiation skills.
- African experience.
- Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
