Product Manager upstream Order SAP S4

Job Description

Decathlon Digital is seeking an SAP S4 Product Manager to join their Upstream Order Management team. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the iProd project, focusing on the implementation of a new SAP S4 ERP solution. They will be responsible for transforming functional requirements into detailed specifications, conducting unit acceptance and integration tests, and leading a group of user representatives to gather feedback. Role involves:

• Leading the SAP S4 Order Management product vision.
• Discovering and validating value creation hypotheses.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Measuring and tracking the value created.
• Conducting discovery work to understand user challenges.
• Implementing solutions in response to user needs.
• Establishing a collaborative and accountable team environment.

Requirements:

• Product Management experience or product awareness.
• Significant experience with SAP (ideally S4) and MM/SD modules.
• User-centric approach with the ability to understand user challenges.
• Strong communication skills.
• Agile mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Passion for sports and digital technology.
