Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to monitor oncology clinical studies. The CRA will ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations. The CRA will coordinate study setup, identify investigators, prepare regulatory submissions, and conduct pre-study and initiation visits. This role involves working with 2-3 protocols, supporting Project Managers, interacting with clients, initiating payments, and participating in proposal activities.

Requirements: - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years CRA experience for CRA II, 4+ years for Sr. CRA
- Experience in monitoring oncology
- Availability for domestic travel (50-60%)
- Fluency in English
