Job Description
Yext is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Analyst to join their Go-To-Market Strategy team. This role is pivotal in forecasting, reporting, and managing strategic initiatives across various departments, including sales, marketing, customer success, support, and services. The analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive growth, improve retention, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Role involves:
- Supporting operational processes and initiatives across pre- and post-sales functions.
- Building and maintaining foundational reports and dashboards related to sales operations and retention metrics.
- Collaborating with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Services teams.
- Tracking and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analyst or operational role.
- Proficiency with basic reporting tools, Salesforce management, and working within a revenue technology stack.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
