RD Station, a leading technology company for marketing and sales solutions in Brazil, is seeking a Pre-Sales Coordinator (SDR) to join their team. The coordinator will be responsible for prospecting, marketing and sales diagnostics, negotiations, forecasting, technical coaching, and development.Responsibilities:
  • Developing talents within the team to achieve high performance.
  • Supporting the creation of Individual Development Plans and career decisions for team members.
  • Connecting with cross-functional areas to improve operations.
  • Managing prospects in the sales CRM (pipeline management).
  • Monitoring and developing projects that impact the sales area.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new talents, providing performance coaching and action plans for the business.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading high-performance teams (pre-sales or sales) in a technology (SaaS) company.
  • A clear purpose for leadership aligned with personal and RD Station's goals.
  • Analytical experience with planning and execution, capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to unlock processes.
  • Good communication skills to engage the team and drive better results.
  • Strong time management and productivity skills, able to handle a high volume of information and tasks.
