The coordinator will be responsible for prospecting, marketing and sales diagnostics, negotiations, forecasting, technical coaching, and development.
Responsibilities: - Developing talents within the team to achieve high performance.
- Supporting the creation of Individual Development Plans and career decisions for team members.
- Connecting with cross-functional areas to improve operations.
- Managing prospects in the sales CRM (pipeline management).
- Monitoring and developing projects that impact the sales area.
- Assisting in the onboarding of new talents, providing performance coaching and action plans for the business.
Requirements: - Previous experience leading high-performance teams (pre-sales or sales) in a technology (SaaS) company.
- A clear purpose for leadership aligned with personal and RD Station's goals.
- Analytical experience with planning and execution, capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to unlock processes.
- Good communication skills to engage the team and drive better results.
- Strong time management and productivity skills, able to handle a high volume of information and tasks.
