  • Managing prospects in the sales CRM and ensuring pipeline management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance sales operations.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members through coaching and action plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading high-performance teams in pre-sales or sales, preferably in a SaaS technology company.
  • A clear leadership purpose aligned with personal and company goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in planning and execution.
