Job Description
Axon is seeking an Account Executive, LPR, to drive sales of fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras. This role involves partnering with Key Account Leaders to deliver integrated LPR solutions to law enforcement agencies. The Account Executive will be a subject matter expert, leading sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and supporting complex sales cycles. They will also deliver product demonstrations, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion the customer voice.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
  • Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding quota
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • High integrity and mission alignment
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%
