Job Description
Chef Collective is seeking an Account Executive to grow their business by selling innovative kitchen spaces. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in growing the business by selling kitchen spaces to startups, mid-tier hospitality businesses, and enterprise QSRs. This is a full-cycle sales role with 50/50 inbound and outbound responsibilities, reporting directly to the Country Manager.What this role involves:
  • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach and responding to inbound inquiries.
  • Building and managing sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities.
  • Negotiating pricing within an approved framework.
  • Applying a value-based and consultative sales approach.
  • Providing daily and weekly sales reports and insights.
What company is looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and competitive mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
