Sr. Data Analyst - Product Analytics

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Senior Business/Product Analyst to join their Business Analytics team. This role is crucial for empowering data-driven decisions across product design, client management, and business priorities. The analyst will develop a deep understanding of Addepar's clients, products, and product development workflows, supporting major company initiatives through data analysis and insight generation.Role involves:

• Collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to understand data needs.
• Assessing data availability and quality, working with data engineers for data extraction and transformation.
• Analyzing and visualizing data to generate actionable insights.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to business partners.
• Enabling self-service monitoring of key metrics through dashboards and documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a business and/or product analytics role.
• 3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools (Looker preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and other analytics programming languages.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with business partners from various teams.
• Passion for seeking insights and developing data-driven narratives.
• Readiness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
