Job Description
Addepar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager/Recruiter for their University Recruiting team in India. This role combines strategic program management with hands-on recruitment to attract and hire top university talent for Addepar's Internship program -- AddeU. The Recruitment Program Manager will be responsible for developing and executing university recruitment strategies, building relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, in addition to managing the program when interns are onboarded. This is a contract role to start with possibility of extension. This will be the first ever Recruitment Program Manager across Addepar APAC!
    What This Role Involves:
  • Developing and implementing university recruiting programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Organizing campus engagement activities.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Building relationships with university career services.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Gathering feedback to improve the recruitment process.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on university recruiting or campus engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and university recruitment practices.
  • Hands on knowledge and understanding of university hiring cycle and important dates (Day 0,1) for shortlisted colleges
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with using modern ATS such as Greenhouse and other recruiting tools and sources
  • Experience with teams globally, across multiple offices
