Apollo.io is seeking a Manager of Product Specialists to lead the onboarding team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for ensuring new customers quickly achieve value. The Manager will coach a team of Product Specialists, setting the tone for customer relationships and accelerating platform adoption. They will own the onboarding experience, monitor metrics, and improve processes. The Manager will also lead and coach the team, conduct regular sessions, and manage schedules. They will report on team performance, use tools to track impact, and provide feedback to Product.
- Own the onboarding experience for new customers.
- Monitor onboarding funnel metrics and drive improvements.
- Build and maintain onboarding playbooks and SOPs.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Specialists.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and skill-building sessions.
- Report on team performance metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer journeys.
- Operationally excellent with repeatable systems.
- Strong communicator in English and Spanish (C1 English required).
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Notion, Zoom, Gong, HubSpot, or similar.
- Must be based in Mexico City and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
