Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle of Backbase as a Service. The role is based in Krakow and operates on a hybrid work model. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating a compelling vision and solid execution plan for the product, working closely with Engineering Managers. They will thrive in a startup environment, delivering value to customers continuously in an agile way.

Role Involves:
  • Defining and maintaining the vision and strategy for Managed Hosting DevOps.
  • Managing stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Setting priorities and managing the product backlog along with the roadmap.
  • Crafting and driving the delivery of quarterly objectives (OKR).
  • Driving the requirement refinement process.
  • Working with the Security and Compliance Officer on audits.
  • Supporting Sales in explaining the product to potential clients.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Background as a DevOps or System Engineer (bonus).
  • Experience in planning, prioritization, and organization of cloud progress and adoption.
  • Experience in managing the quality of public cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining SDLC solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience in agile way of working (Kanban, Scrum, Jira).
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Security & Compliance (SOC2).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git, observability, and security tools (DataDog, Grafana, PagerDuty).
