Job Description

• Leading Workday configuration for 3-5 modules, including reviewing new features and providing day-to-day support.
• Implementing new Workday processes and features, providing recommendations based on prior experience.
• Collaborating with business partners to understand needs, recommend solutions, and outline implementation timelines.
• Conducting gap analysis and recommending workarounds to address business requirements.
• Providing expertise in Workday modules and best practices, offering strategic solutions.
• Troubleshooting complex system issues and providing technical support to end-users.
• Recommending solutions to improve or resolve ongoing technical issues.
• Delivering complete end-to-end solutions, including Workday domain security and report development.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday, with at least 5 years focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules including Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HR data security.
• Proven expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
