Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to manage office functions and enhance employee experience. The coordinator will be a key point of contact for staff needs, contributing to an efficient work environment and supporting the Workplace & Experience Manager.
Role involves:
- Providing front-of-office support and assisting employees and guests.
- Conducting daily office walkthroughs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Supporting food & beverage programs and office supplies management.
- Collaborating with internal teams for employee moves and event setups.
- Planning and executing events like happy hours and lunches.
- Responding to workplace tickets and employee inquiries.
- Coordinating and assisting with the management of desk booking platform
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Outgoing and sociable personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic office management systems.
- Desire to learn and grow within the workplace function.
