AlphaSense is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to manage office functions and enhance employee experience. The coordinator will be a key point of contact for staff needs, contributing to an efficient work environment and supporting the Workplace & Experience Manager.

Role involves:

  • Providing front-of-office support and assisting employees and guests.
  • Conducting daily office walkthroughs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supporting food & beverage programs and office supplies management.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for employee moves and event setups.
  • Planning and executing events like happy hours and lunches.
  • Responding to workplace tickets and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the management of desk booking platform

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Outgoing and sociable personality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic office management systems.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the workplace function.
