Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in San Francisco. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customers. This role involves defining sales motions and providing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
What This Role Involves:
- Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Iterating on the contract renewal process.
- Conducting face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
- Running product demos.
- Building playbooks and defining sales motions.
- Liaising with the user base to provide customer experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full cycle sales experience in a software company.
- A track record of high achievement, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive and open-minded attitude.
- A strong desire to be successful.
- A builder mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
