Senior Product Operations Manager, Post Delivery Experiences

Narvar is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance the operational efficiency of its Post Delivery Experiences team. This role involves streamlining product development processes and ensuring effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The Product Operations Manager will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, managing product operations tools, and facilitating cross-functional communication.Role involves:

• Streamlining product operational models and workflows.
• Administering key product operations tools.
• Facilitating cross-functional communication.
• Driving program rituals and retrospectives.
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Supporting release planning and coordination.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Miro, and product analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
