Schonfeld is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a small team of Portfolio Managers in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced corporate environment.This role involves:
  • Extensive scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparing agendas for meetings
  • Managing expenses
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Handling all correspondence related to travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, and restaurant reservations
The requirements for this role include:
  • Strong written & verbal communication in Japanese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-starter attitude
