Schonfeld is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a small team of Portfolio Managers in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced corporate environment.This role involves:
- Extensive scheduling and calendar management
- Preparing agendas for meetings
- Managing expenses
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handling all correspondence related to travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, and restaurant reservations
The requirements for this role include:
- Strong written & verbal communication in Japanese and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Efficient time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Self-starter attitude
- Personable, mature, and poised demeanor
