Job Description
Carta is seeking an LLC Implementations Specialist to join their Alt Assets team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with LLC and PE-backed customers, delivering excellent service, and representing customer needs to product partners. The Implementations team is responsible for onboarding LLCs or PE-backed companies onto the Carta platform. The team utilizes their advanced equity knowledge with exceptional client and project management skills to onboard companies and their data on the Carta platform.
The role involves:
- Managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Implementing multi-phased projects using project management best practices.
- Understanding and representing complex equity structures on the platform.
- Delivering high-quality customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Managing complex datasets with integrity.
- Training clients on how to use Carta LLC Software.
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Serving as a technical product expert.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Developer teams.
- Contributing to team knowledge through mentorship and documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and offer creative solutions.
- Helpful, professional attitude with diplomacy and poise.
- Genuine passion for client services and strong people skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
- Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot SaaS platform configurations.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple onboarding projects.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage C-Suite clients.
- Familiarity with Private Equity, Capitalization, and LLC Knowledge.
- Experience learning new technologies, platforms, and systems is a plus.
