Product & Design Lead

Job Description

In The Pocket, a leading European Digital Product Studio, is seeking a Product & Design Lead to oversee all product and design activities within their tribe. The ideal candidate will combine product leadership with people management skills, leading a team of approximately 15 product managers and designers.

The Product & Design Lead will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of sharing, feedback, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary mentorship, training, tools, processes, and best practices. They will also be responsible for delivering outstanding product leadership, promoting strong product thinking, and building strong relationships with key clients.

This role involves:

• Leading a team of Product Managers and Product Designers.
• Establishing coaching practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Providing strategic guidance and challenging teams to unlock better outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Overseeing workload distribution and team composition.

Requirements include:

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of product managers and designers.
• A strong background in digital product development.
