Certinia PSA Architect

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Certinia PSA Architect to join their Salesforce team in North America. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagements by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions with a focus on Certinia PSA. This role involves serving as the primary design owner and subject matter expert for related deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Support demand generation activities.
• Lead strategic road mapping and solution architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end PSA implementations.
• Ensure seamless integrations across Certinia and Salesforce applications.
• Design and oversee the delivery of PSA functionalities.
• Support performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Gather business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams on Certinia PSA.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in enterprise Certinia PSA delivery and solution architecture.
• Expertise in Certinia PSA configuration, optimization, and customization.
• Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP systems.
• Salesforce development experience.
• PSA System Administrator or PSA Implementation Consultant Certifications.
• Ability to lead large, global delivery teams.
• Experience in leading delivery of projects through an Agile methodology framework.
• Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
