Job Description
G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Growth Platform™, is seeking a HR Specialist to join their Regional Shared Service Centre in Malaysia. This is a remote-first position where the individual will support professionals engaged on behalf of G-P's clients, assisting in the management of HR, payroll, and legal service providers for international entities. The ideal candidate will have global exposure and experience throughout EMEA/AMERICAS/APAC region.Responsibilities include:
- Supporting employee life cycle processes (onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, offboarding).
- Preparing HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment).
- Organizing and maintaining employee records via the G-P platform.
- Administering benefits and collaborating with brokers/insurers.
- Providing payroll data and coordinating with the payroll team.
- Conducting audits on data changes.
- Participating in HR process improvement.
- Communicating with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
- Ensuring service excellence by adhering to SLAs and SOPs.
- Liaising with G-P partners/vendors.
- Serving as the first point of contact for professionals during onboarding/offboarding.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
- Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout APAC.
- Experience in handling offboardings.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Literacy with MS Office.
- Resourceful with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international team and dynamic environment.
