HR Specialist (Shared Services)

Job Description

G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Growth Platform™, is seeking a HR Specialist to join their Regional Shared Service Centre in Malaysia. This is a remote-first position where the individual will support professionals engaged on behalf of G-P's clients, assisting in the management of HR, payroll, and legal service providers for international entities. The ideal candidate will have global exposure and experience throughout EMEA/AMERICAS/APAC region.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting employee life cycle processes (onboarding, data management, absence management, visa renewals, offboarding).
• Preparing HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, policies, benefits enrollment).
• Organizing and maintaining employee records via the G-P platform.
• Administering benefits and collaborating with brokers/insurers.
• Providing payroll data and coordinating with the payroll team.
• Conducting audits on data changes.
• Participating in HR process improvement.
• Communicating with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
• Ensuring service excellence by adhering to SLAs and SOPs.
• Liaising with G-P partners/vendors.
• Serving as the first point of contact for professionals during onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout APAC.
• Experience in handling offboardings.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Literacy with MS Office.
• Resourceful with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international team and dynamic environment.
