Software Engineer II - Front End ( AI Experience)

G-P is seeking a Software Engineer II - Front End to join their AI Team and help build GIA, their groundbreaking AI-powered product. This role offers the opportunity to work in a small, dynamic, startup-structured team within a larger organization, shaping both the product and its underlying tech from an early stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, solid engineering skills, and be comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments.

The Software Engineer II will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for G-P's AI platform. They will collaborate closely with backend, BFF, and product teams to deliver seamless and intelligent user experiences.

What this role involves:

• Contributing to the front-end architecture for GIA interfaces.
• Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and AI/ML engineers.
• Implementing reusable components using React 18+ with TypeScript.
• Building dynamic and animated interfaces.
• Integrating with BFF and REST APIs.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and test coverage.
• Playing a key role in front-end development for various initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience delivering front-end applications.
• Proficiency in React (including React 18+) and front-end ecosystems.
• Background in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with animated interfaces and voice interactions (or interest in learning).
• Ability to understand and implement scalable front-end architectures.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
• Hands-on integration experience with GraphQL/REST APIs and BFF patterns.
