Solutions Architect, Professional Services

Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its SEGMENT Professional Services team. In this role, the individual will lead technical onboarding for clients, assisting them in deploying Segment CDP and implementing use cases. They will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert, guiding clients through initial deployment and ongoing evolution with product and industry knowledge.

• Helping customers instrument Segment APIs across their stack.
• Completing on-boarding engagements within budget and scope.
• Designing a data structure that will gracefully flow downstream into integrations or SQL warehouses.
• Guiding customers on syncing event and profile data to cloud data warehouses.
• Developing and iterating on internal processes.
• Working closely with the product team to improve customer success.
• Becoming a guide on the code base and functionality of the Segment platform.

• Experience delivering technical engagements as projects in a consultation environment.
• Ability to deal with a variety of customers.
• Strong time management skills.
• Love for explaining technical concepts.
• SQL query writing skills and experience with data architecture.
• Experience with cloud and data warehouse technologies.
• Solid client-side Javascript skills and experience working with APIs and server-side language.
