Job Description

Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Telehealth Doctor to provide medical support to patients, primarily via email. The role involves triaging, assessing, and supporting patients with a range of conditions, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining patient safety. The Telehealth Doctor will also share patient insights with the clinical services team and wider business.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing medical support to patients with a range of conditions, primarily via email.
• Triaging, assessing, and supporting patients.
• Evaluating the severity of patients' medical side effects and enquiries.
• Ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintaining patient safety.
• Initiating communication based on tracker information.
• Sharing patient insights with the clinical services team and wider business.

Requirements:

• A Doctor of Medicine with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry
• Excellent writing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM -1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off.
