Job Description

Dialogue is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Commercial Operations and the CTO. This is a 9-month temporary contract position based in Montreal, with a possibility of extension. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the leaders' days run smoothly and enabling them to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support to executives and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

What this role involves:

  • Managing calendars of two C-Suite executives, including booking meetings and rooms, making travel arrangements, and ordering food.
  • Managing and responding to emails as required.
  • Supporting members of the executive team with administrative tasks, such as submitting expense reports and updating contact information.
  • Organizing company-wide initiatives.
  • Offering occasional personal assistance.
  • Providing recommendations to improve existing administrative tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in providing administrative support to executives.
  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Outstanding generosity and empathy.
  • Capacity to build trusting relationships and flourish in helping and supporting people to succeed.
  • A proven track record for being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Professionalism and discretion, especially when dealing with confidential information.
  • Proven tech-savviness and previous experience working with the G Suite is an asset.
