Job Description
Teads is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to foster growth and innovation through strategic alliances. This role involves identifying, securing, and optimizing valuable relationships to advance Teads' corporate, commercial, and product strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong programmatic background, creative problem-solving skills, deep product knowledge, financial acumen, and persuasive sales abilities.

Role Involves:
  • Driving global business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for global enterprise-level programmatic partnerships.
  • Empowering and educating clients on the Teads offering.
  • Leading multiple projects and relationships cross-organizationally.
  • Collaborating with various teams across different regions and time zones.
  • Consulting regularly with strategic partnerships to understand priorities and share product updates.
  • Shaping the future of programmatic and partnerships at Teads through strategic initiatives.
  • Driving sales enablement support through strategic partnerships.
  • Executing against personal account and team-level OKRs.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record in strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and finance/legal teams.
  • Strong relationships across the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience negotiating contracts.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding computer skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
