Teads, now combined with Outbrain Inc., is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer in Ljubljana to join their Supply Operations team. The new Teads is the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and integrating both programmatic and traditional supply, requiring close collaboration with business and operational teams.

Role involves:

• Providing technical know-how and best practices for successful technical implementation.
• Facilitating troubleshooting and providing technical assistance to Account Managers and clients.
• Providing insights through deep analysis using internal and external tools.
• Resolving case tickets and troubleshooting product issues.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements:

• Web technologies knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Integrations knowledge: RestAPI, HTTP protocol, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, PostMan.
• Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL.
• Communication skills: Fluent in English.
• Enrolled in engineering or a similar discipline (advantage).
• Familiarity with Hive, Vertica, MySQL, BQ, Redshift (advantage).
• Familiarity with scripting in Python, working with API, Testing (advantage).
• Knowledge about working with n8n is a plus.
• Good understanding of information system concepts for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with reading, creating tracking reports, dashboards, graphs, monitoring changes within production environment, advantage - familiar Grafana, Druid.
