Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Malibu

Job Description

Industrious is seeking a part-time Member Experience Associate to be the heart of the member experience in their Malibu location. This role is in-person and requires candidates to live within an easy commute of Malibu, CA. The Member Experience Associate will be responsible for creating great days for all who enter the office. Responsibilities:

• Preparing the office for the day, including brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Designing unique signage and building events.
• Adding new members into multiple systems.
• Assisting members with IT or wifi issues.
• Participating in local marketing events.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to operate machines/appliances, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, etc.
• Ability to participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
