Job Description

dbt Labs is seeking a Technical Instructor to join their training team. The Technical Instructor will develop curriculum and deliver instruction focused on dbt Cloud. This role involves training and onboarding dbt Cloud customers, partners, and GSIs. The instructor will create engaging learning environments, teach new concepts, facilitate live co-development sessions, and provide feedback to improve curriculum.

What This Role Involves:

• Delivering live instruction to train dbt Cloud users.
• Creating engaging learning environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of technical instruction or related experience.
• Passion for teaching and creating lightbulb moments.
• Focus on learner and customer outcomes.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Experience developing curricula.
