Job Description
TransferGo is seeking a Head of FP&A to play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. This role involves working with a team of bright individuals on strategic growth initiatives, financial forecasting, and M&A activities.
Role involves:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Preparing and evaluating complex financial models.
- Analysing competitive landscapes.
- Developing financing strategies.
- Advising the CFO and CEO on growth plans.
- Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team.
- Establishing scalable tools and processes for financial reporting.
- Fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic planning or FP&A.
- Strong technical finance skills and financial modelling expertise.
- Experience in automating and streamlining financial reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, payments or tech environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with project finance (preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL or VBA and BI tooling (Tableau, etc) (preferred).
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced companies (preferred).
- Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure and tools (preferred).
