Lightspeed is seeking a Head of Talent and Capability to join their People and Culture team. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of the business by designing, delivering, and embedding a talent and capability strategy that enhances the performance and engagement of Lightspeed employees. The Head of Talent and Capability will also champion Lightspeed's culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring it remains integral to the company's DNA.
What this role involves:
- Partnering with the Chief People Officer and P&C Leadership team to develop programs and initiatives that enhance business capability.
- Developing and embedding the People and Capability Strategy to ensure employee value and engagement.
- Driving a culture of continuous learning and providing growth opportunities.
- Leading Diversity and Inclusion efforts at Lightspeed.
- Providing leadership and guidance to a team of program managers, instructional designers, and facilitators.
- Driving a culture of innovation by leveraging best practices and research.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Talent and Capability, Learning & Development roles, or generalist P&C roles with a focus on L&D.
- Experience leading Talent and Capability teams.
- Experience leading projects from conception to completion.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering processes and procedures.
- The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
