IT PMO Business Analyst

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an IT PMO Business Analyst to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program and assist with IT project intake processes. The role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and access governance best practices. • Grooming IT projects by reviewing and clarifying requirements.
• Scheduling intake sessions with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Generating project briefs with clear alignment on scope, exit criteria, risks, and dependencies.
• Participating in the planning, design, and execution of the Identity and Access Management Program.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define IAM policies and procedures.
• Contributing to the development of IAM processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Generating regular reports on the status of IAM implementation.
• Participating in team meetings and maintaining project documentation.
• Keeping project tasks updated in internal tracking systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on IAM or IT project management.
• Prior experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies.
• Proven experience communicating effectively with stakeholders, auditors, and operational teams.
• Experience in situations that require significant attention to detail.
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack & Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
