IT PMO Business Analyst

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an IT PMO Business Analyst to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program and IT project intake processes. The role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and access governance best practices. Responsibilities:

• IT Project Grooming: Reviewing and clarifying requirements for IT projects.
• IAM Program Assessment & Implementation: Participating in the planning, design, and execution of the IAM Program.
• ITSM Project Coordination: Participating in team meetings and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on IAM or IT project management.
• Prior experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies is a plus.
• Proven experience communicating effectively with stakeholders, auditors, and operational teams.
• Experience in situations that require significant attention to detail.
• Proficiency in a Mac environment and tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack & Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
